Front-biased modular lower for the Yugo M21 and PAP pattern side rail dovetail, fitted to OPAP, NPAP and M21 pattern Zastava-derived rifles that a standard AK-300 series lower does not clamp correctly. Requires one of the RS Regulate uppers (AKR for Picatinny, AKML for Aimpoint Micro, AKMR for RMR) purchased separately; listed here as providing a Picatinny rail via the AKR upper.
