Replacement AK receiver cover that clamps onto the Warsaw Pact side rail and carries an integral 1913 Picatinny rail over the dust cover, in place of the stock stamped cover. Cut and shaped specifically for the thicker Yugo M70 / Zastava receiver, which does not accept the standard AKM cover.
