Overview
The AEA Zeus is a big-bore pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air rifle chambered in .72 caliber (18.3mm), ranking among the most powerful production airguns in the world. Fed by a 4500 PSI regulated air reservoir and cocked by a side-lever action, the Zeus fires heavy cast slugs of up to roughly 850 grains and delivers as much as 2000 joules (1500 FPE) of muzzle energy from its longest 32-inch barrel. Offered in 16, 24 and 32-inch barrel lengths, it is marketed primarily for large-game hunting and long-range slug shooting.

Air capacity and output scale with barrel/reservoir length: the 16-inch model produces roughly 675 FPE while the 32-inch model reaches up to 1500 FPE. Also offered in a .58 caliber option. Later Gen 2 and MKII (bullpup) revisions increased air capacity and stability.
