The Air Arms S400 is a British pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air rifle introduced by Air Arms in 1998. It uses a simple, reliable bolt-action, single-shot loading system feeding a Lothar Walther match-grade barrel from a removable air cylinder. Offered in .177 and .22 calibres with a choice of sporter and carbine stocks, the S400 is widely valued for its consistency and accuracy in hunting, pest control, and target shooting, and forms the basis of the multi-shot S410 and S510 designs.
