Overview
The Anschutz 8001 Club is a single-shot, pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) target rifle chambered in .177 (4.5mm), built for 10-metre ISSF air rifle competition. Made by the German manufacturer J.G. Anschutz, it combines a removable air cylinder with a match-grade barrel, a five-way adjustable match trigger, a globe front sight taking interchangeable inserts, and a micrometer-adjustable diopter rear sight. Positioned as the entry-level model in the 8001/8002 family, it uses an ambidextrous, unstained lacquered walnut stock with an adjustable cheekpiece and buttpad so junior and developing shooters, or shared club guns, can be fitted to individual competitors.
