The Anzio Ironworks 20mm is one of the largest and most powerful shoulder-fired rifles ever produced, chambered for the 20x102mm Vulcan cartridge originally designed for the M61 Vulcan rotary cannon used on fighter aircraft. Weighing approximately 29.5 kilograms and measuring over 2 meters in length, this single-shot bolt-action rifle delivers over 55,000 joules of muzzle energy, more than three times that of a .50 BMG. The rifle is classified as a destructive device under US federal law and requires special licensing to own.

The 20x102mm cartridge was originally developed for the M39 autocannon and later adapted for the M61 Vulcan rotary cannon used on F-16 and F/A-18 fighter aircraft. The Anzio 20mm rifle is one of very few man-portable weapons chambered for this round. The massive muzzle brake is essential for reducing recoil to survivable levels, though the rifle is still described as having brutal recoil. A magazine-fed semi-automatic variant exists but is extremely rare. The rifle requires an NFA tax stamp and ATF approval as a destructive device.
