Overview

The Armsan A612 is a gas-operated semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun produced by the Turkish manufacturer Armsan. Chambered for 3-inch (76mm) shells and proofed for steel shot, it uses a self-regulating gas piston system with a sliding stainless steel piston ring that seals on firing. It ships with interchangeable multi-choke tubes, an 8mm vented rib topped by a fiber-optic front bead, and is offered in walnut, synthetic, sporting and camouflage configurations with barrel lengths from 61cm to 76cm.

Background

Armsan was founded in Istanbul in 2006 and grew rapidly into one of Turkey's larger shotgun exporters, supplying both its own branded guns and OEM production for other brands across Europe.
