Background

Atlas Gunworks was founded in Massachusetts by competitive shooter Adam Tedder and rapidly built a reputation among USPSA and IPSC shooters for its hand-fit 2011 race and carry guns; the Nyx was its carry-oriented entry into the double-stack 1911 market.
