Overview
The B&T GHM45 is a Swiss .45 ACP pistol-caliber submachine gun and carbine derived from B&T's GHM9/APC family. It uses a closed-bolt, hydraulic-buffered direct-blowback action to tame the recoil of the large .45 ACP cartridge, with a fully ambidextrous aluminum upper and polymer lower, a two-stage trigger and a tri-lug threaded muzzle. Marketed as a cost-effective, competition-oriented platform, it is offered in pistol and short-barreled configurations feeding from a 25-round detachable box magazine.
