Overview

The BCM RECCE-16 MK2 is a semi-automatic AR-15-pattern carbine chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, built by Bravo Company Manufacturing. It pairs the RECCE-16's 16-inch mid-length gas system and cold-hammer-forged chrome-lined barrel with BCM's second-generation MK2 upper receiver and free-floating MCMR-15 M-LOK handguard. Aimed at duty and defensive users, it uses a mil-spec Carpenter No. 158 bolt, 7075-T6 forged aluminum receivers, and BCM Gunfighter furniture including the Gunfighter stock, grip, and compensator.

Background

Bravo Company Manufacturing grew out of Bravo Company USA, a supplier founded by a former U.S. Marine, and built its reputation supplying mil-spec AR-15 bolts, barrels, and complete carbines to professional users. The RECCE name evokes the reconnaissance-oriented, lightweight general-purpose carbine concept.
