Also known as: BC10, BCA-10, BCA AR-10, Grizzly II (.308)

Overview

The Bear Creek Arsenal BC-10 is the company's DPMS-pattern AR-10 chambered primarily in .308 Winchester (7.62x51mm NATO). It is offered as a complete rifle on a BCA billet or forged AR-10 lower, with barrel options from 16 to 24 inches in 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium black nitride and 416R stainless (including straight-fluted heavy profiles), paired with rifle- or mid-length gas systems and a 15-inch M-LOK split-rail handguard. A representative 20-inch configuration weighs roughly 8.5 pounds unloaded; lightweight barrel profiles trim around a pound. The BC-10 accepts standard DPMS/SR-25-pattern .308 magazines and ships with a BCA AR-10 bolt carrier group, flash hider, and rear charging handle, with a right-side-charging upper available as a popular option. As with the rest of the BCA line, the draw is delivering a complete large-frame AR at a fraction of the price of established AR-10 brands.

Background

Affordable AR-10s are rare because large-frame components are costlier to produce; Bear Creek Arsenal's in-house barrel and receiver manufacturing let it bring the BC-10 to market at prices that undercut most competitors, making a .308 semi-auto accessible to budget hunters and target shooters.
