Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 A.I. 20 Gauge
Benelli Armi SpA · Shotgun · In Production · 2025
Also known as: SBE3 A.I., Super Black Eagle III Advanced Impact
Overview
The Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 A.I. (Advanced Impact) is a 20-gauge inertia-driven semi-automatic waterfowl shotgun, extending the flagship SBE3 family with the new Advanced Impact barrel technology. The A.I. barrel and choke system is engineered to deliver up to 50 percent more penetration on target and a more uniform, tighter shot string than standard barrels. It pairs Benelli's signature Inertia Driven action with the ComforTech 3 recoil-reduction stock and Crio System barrels for a light, fast-handling gun aimed at hardcore wildfowlers.

Background
Benelli's Inertia Driven system has no gas ports or pistons to clean - it harnesses the recoil energy of the shell itself, letting the bolt stay sealed against the mud, salt and ice that punish a waterfowl gun's gas system.
