Also known as: A350 Xtrema, Beretta A350

Overview

The Beretta A350 Xtrema is a gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun chambered for 12-gauge shells up to 3.5-inch Super Magnum. Built around Beretta's self-compensating gas system, it cycles everything from light target loads to heavy magnum waterfowl loads while reducing felt recoil. It features a Steelium cold-hammer-forged barrel, the Optima-Choke HP interchangeable choke system, a fiber-optic front bead, a Micro-Core recoil pad, and a stock adjustable for drop and cast. Offered with synthetic and camouflage finishes, it is marketed primarily as an affordable waterfowl and field shotgun.

Notes

The A350 Xtrema is the more affordable, gas-operated stablemate to Beretta's inertia-driven A400 Xtreme line. The standard magazine tube holds three rounds; a removable plug limits hunting capacity to two as required by migratory bird regulations.

Background

The A350 Xtrema gave waterfowl hunters access to Beretta's proven gas-operated 3.5-inch Super Magnum platform at a lower price point than the company's flagship Xtreme models, sharing the Optima-Choke HP and Steelium barrel technology of its costlier siblings.
