Overview

The Beretta B22 Jaguar Tac Metal is a metal-framed, tactical-configuration variant of Beretta's B22 Jaguar rimfire pistol, announced at SHOT Show 2026 and chambered in .22 LR. It is a blowback-operated semi-automatic built around a modular chassis fire-control system that lets users swap grip frames, upper assemblies, fire-control components, and grip panels without tools. The 5.25-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for a suppressor, and the pistol features adjustable fiber-optic sights, a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail, ambidextrous controls, a dual-side ejection port, and a semi-flat-faced trigger. It ships with two 15-round magazines (10-round option available).

Background

Beretta named its new rimfire the Jaguar - reviving a model name the company last used in the 1950s and 60s for its small .22 pocket pistols, now reborn as a modular, suppressor-ready trainer for a new generation of shooters.
