Beretta · Pistol · In Production · 2026
Also known as: M9A4 Overlanding, M9A4 Overlanding Series
Overview
The Beretta M9A4 Overlanding is an outdoors-focused edition of the M9A4 introduced for 2026, built for backcountry and overlanding carry. It pairs a 5.1-inch 1/2x28 threaded barrel with a factory red-dot-optic-ready slide, tritium front and rear night sights, and a slim Vertec frame fitted with textured 92X thin grips and a beveled magwell. The traditional hammer-fired double-action/single-action fire control uses the Type G decocker-only configuration. The series ships in Lunar, Clay, and Nomad Bronze Cerakote finishes with 10-, 15-, or 18-round magazine options.

Background
Beretta launched the M9A4 Overlanding under the tagline 'Trust In Every Mile,' aiming the storied military-pattern 92 at the modern overlanding and backcountry crowd rather than the parade ground.
