Bergara started as a barrel-making company in the Basque region of Spain and leveraged decades of barrel manufacturing expertise when entering the complete rifle market. The B-14 HMR uses a mini-chassis system molded into the stock that provides the rigidity of a chassis rifle with the ergonomics and weight savings of a traditional stock.
