Overview
The Breda Vega is a 12-gauge over-and-under boxlock shotgun produced by the Italian firearms maker Ernesto Breda of Brescia. Built for hunting, sporting clays and trap, it features a stacked-barrel configuration, single-selective trigger, automatic ejectors, interchangeable chokes and an engraved blued receiver mated to a checkered walnut stock. Its action shares heritage with the Beretta 680 series, and the gun was offered in Special, Special Trap and Lusso grades.

Frame design is closely related to the Beretta BL and 680 family; many Breda over-under shotguns of this era are believed to have been built by Beretta on Breda's behalf. Barrel lengths offered included 660 mm (26 in), 711 mm (28 in) and 762 mm (30 in) depending on grade and discipline.
