Overview
The Browning Buck Mark is an American semi-automatic rimfire pistol chambered in .22 Long Rifle, introduced in 1985 and produced by the Browning Arms Company. Built around a fixed barrel and a straight-blowback action with a lightweight 7075 aluminum alloy frame, it uses a single-action trigger and a 10-round detachable magazine. Known for its 1911-style grip angle, crisp trigger, and excellent accuracy, the Buck Mark is one of the most popular rimfire target and plinking pistols in North America, available in dozens of barrel, sight, and finish configurations.

Background
