Overview
The B&T GHM9 is a Swiss 9x19mm pistol-caliber carbine and submachine gun derived from B&T's premium APC9 platform. It uses a closed-bolt, direct-blowback action with a hydraulic buffer to soften recoil, and is built around a modular interchangeable-lower system that lets one host accept B&T APC9, Glock or SIG P320 magazines. It ships in pistol, short-barreled (telescoping stock) and suppressed configurations, with a full-auto submachine gun sibling.

Notes
The name 'GHM' stands for Grasshopper Mouse, the rodent that eats scorpions, a pointed jab at the rival CZ Scorpion. Barrel lengths span 110 mm (Compact), 145 mm (SD) and 175 mm (standard G). The Gen 2 update refined the controls and stock.
Background
B&T hid an engraving of a grasshopper mouse devouring a scorpion on the GHM9 as a tongue-in-cheek dig at the CZ Scorpion, since the carnivorous grasshopper mouse is one of the few animals that hunts and eats scorpions.
