Also known as: Byrna Mission-4, Mission 4

Overview

The Byrna Mission 4 is a CO2-powered, shoulder-fired less-lethal rifle that launches .68 caliber round projectiles for self-defense, home defense, and training. Originally developed for law enforcement and re-engineered for the civilian market, it feeds from 19-round detachable magazines, is powered by an 88-gram CO2 cylinder good for roughly 55 shots, and delivers an average muzzle velocity of about 325 fps (99 m/s) with an effective range near 100 feet. Its die-cast magnesium-blend receiver, high-capacity magazines, and rifle form factor make it one of the larger platforms in Byrna's non-lethal lineup.
