Overview
The Cadex CDX-30 X-LITE is a Canadian bolt-action precision sniper rifle and the custom-shop, lightweight evolution of Cadex Defence's CDX-30 Guardian short-action platform. Its purpose-built action feeds from DSSF detachable box magazines and uses a three-lug radially fluted bolt with a fast 60-degree throw and a Sako-style extractor, mated to a monolithic aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium chassis with a reverse-folding, tool-free adjustable buttstock. A match-grade single-point-cut Bartlein barrel is fitted with a Cadex muzzle brake, and the receiver carries a 20 MOA full-length top rail. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC and .308 Winchester, it is aimed at long-range tactical and precision competition shooters.
