Overview

The Caesar Guerini Maxum Impact is an Italian over-and-under break-action competition shotgun built in Brescia for sporting clays. Chambered primarily in 12 gauge (with a 20 gauge offered by special order) and fitted with 30- or 32-inch barrels, it carries a tall 17mm tapered high rib for an upright shooting stance and enhanced target visibility. It features a coin-finished steel boxlock receiver protected by an Invisalloy coating, a fully adjustable DTS trigger system, automatic ejectors, MAXIS competition choke tubes, and a fully adjustable point of impact, weight, and stock fit.

Notes

The 17mm high rib and adjustable comb let the shooter keep the head more upright, reducing neck and shoulder strain over long clay-target sessions. Weight can be tuned with the optional DTS Kinetic Balancer.

Background

The Maxum Impact grew out of Caesar Guerini's flagship Maxum line, adapting the engraved sidelock-style boxlock action into a high-rib clays gun aimed at competitive sporting shooters who wanted an adjustable, upright shooting platform.
