Overview
The Christensen Arms Modern Precision Rifle (MPR) is a lightweight, high-accuracy bolt-action rifle featuring the company's signature carbon fiber-wrapped barrel technology. Designed for long-range precision shooting and competition, the MPR combines a folding stock chassis system with sub-MOA accuracy guarantee at a weight significantly lighter than comparable precision rifles. Available in numerous calibers from 6.5 Creedmoor to .338 Lapua Magnum, it bridges the gap between hunting rifles and dedicated precision platforms.

Notes
The MPR uses Christensen Arms' proprietary aerograde carbon fiber barrel wrapping process, which reduces weight by up to 64% compared to a traditional steel barrel of equivalent profile while maintaining exceptional thermal stability and accuracy. The V-block bedding system provides consistent action-to-chassis mating for repeatable accuracy. The TriggerTech trigger is adjustable from approximately 1.5 to 3.5 pounds.
Background
Christensen Arms pioneered the use of carbon fiber barrel technology in the firearms industry, and the MPR represents the culmination of that innovation applied to a precision chassis rifle. The rifle's carbon fiber barrel is wrapped around a match-grade stainless steel liner, providing exceptional accuracy with significantly reduced weight compared to traditional all-steel barrels.
