Also known as: Mesa, Christensen Mesa

Overview

The Christensen Arms Mesa is a lightweight bolt-action hunting rifle featuring Christensen's signature carbon fiber-wrapped stainless steel barrel, which reduces weight while maintaining rigidity and heat dissipation. The carbon fiber composite stock further reduces overall weight, bringing the Mesa to under 6.5 pounds in standard configurations. A sub-MOA accuracy guarantee backs the match-grade chamber and free-floating barrel. The Mesa represents Christensen Arms' entry-level offering, bringing their carbon fiber barrel technology to a more accessible price point. Available in standard, Titanium (titanium action), and Long Range configurations.

Background

Christensen Arms pioneered the use of carbon fiber barrel wrapping in production rifles, proving that aerospace materials could dramatically reduce rifle weight without sacrificing accuracy. The Mesa brought this technology from Christensen's $3,000+ flagships to a price point accessible to ordinary hunters, democratizing lightweight carbon-fiber rifle technology.
