Overview
The CMMG Resolute Mk47 is a mid-size hybrid AR-pattern semi-automatic rifle that mates AR-15 ergonomics and modularity with the ammunition and magazine compatibility of the AK-47. Chambered in 7.62x39mm and feeding from standard AK-pattern magazines, the Mk47 uses CMMG's proprietary Mk47 receiver set that accepts AK mags in an AR-style lower while retaining AR-15 fire controls, charging handle, and furniture. The 16.1-inch (or 14.3" pinned-and-welded) 4140 chrome-moly barrel features a 1:10 twist and threaded muzzle with a CMMG ZEROED muzzle device. The rifle ships with CMMG's ZEROED enhanced components including an ambidextrous charging handle, drop-in trigger, and ambidextrous safety. Aircraft-grade aluminum receivers with Cerakote finish and an M-LOK free-float handguard round out the package, delivering the cheap, hard-hitting 7.62x39 round in a familiar AR manual of arms.

MSRP approximately $1,949. The Mk47 platform was one of the earliest commercially successful designs to reliably run AK magazines in an AR-style lower. CMMG offers the Mk47 in both the gas-piston-free direct-impingement Resolute configuration and in the bufferless Dissent configuration.
