Overview

The Model 27 is Cobalt Kinetics' California-compliant competition AR, named for the brand and offered in a Stage II Expert configuration. It pairs a fluted heavy-profile barrel with a lightened bolt carrier, the PRO tunable buffer system, a PRO muzzle brake, and an ATC Gold flat 3.5-lb trigger. Linked ambidextrous forward assists serve as bolt releases, and elongated M-LOK slots sit at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.

MSRP ~$3,760 (Stage II Expert). Note: flared magwell has reported fitment issues with Magpul D60 and SureFire quad-stack magazines. Discontinued.
