Overview

The CVA Cascade Rimfire XT is a .22 LR bolt-action rimfire rifle introduced in 2026 as part of CVA's new Cascade Rimfire family. Built on a Spanish-designed bolt action, the XT features an 18-inch fluted barrel threaded 1/2x28 for suppressors or muzzle devices, a Tungsten Cerakote finish, a painted olive-drab polymer stock with black web texturing, and a 10-round rotary magazine compatible with Ruger 10/22 magazines. It ships with a two-piece Picatinny optics rail installed.

Background

CVA built its name on muzzleloaders starting in 1971 before moving into centerfire rifles in 2010; the Cascade Rimfire is the brand's first foray into .22 LR plinking rifles, riding the same action geometry as its big-bore Cascade hunters.
