Also known as: CZ 557 Sporter

Overview

The CZ 557 is a push-feed bolt-action hunting rifle introduced by Česká zbrojovka in 2013 as the successor to the controlled-feed CZ 550. It uses a redesigned action with twin forward locking lugs and a claw extractor, a cold-hammer-forged barrel, an adjustable trigger, and integrated 19mm dovetails for scope mounting. The standard Sporter model ships with a Turkish walnut American-style stock and is chambered for a broad range of popular hunting cartridges, with .308 Winchester being among the most common.
