Overview

The Dan Wesson Kodiak is a long-slide, 1911-pattern semi-automatic pistol chambered in 10mm Auto and built as a hunting and outdoor sidearm. Introduced in 2019, it pairs a six-inch bushingless bull barrel with an extended sight radius, fully adjustable fiber-optic sights, an integrated magwell, an accessory rail on the dustcover, and an ambidextrous thumb safety. Its all-stainless steel construction and full-size frame are designed to handle full-power 10mm loads for handgun hunting and trail defense.
