Overview
The Diana LP8 is a German break-barrel, spring-piston air pistol chambered in .177 (4.5mm) and manufactured by Mayer & Grammelspacher (Diana). A single-shot magnum air pistol, it cocks via the break-barrel action and pushes lead pellets to roughly 575 FPS (around 175 m/s) for a maximum muzzle energy near 5.5 ft-lb. It features a rifled barrel, fiber-optic open sights with a windage- and elevation-adjustable rear, an 11mm dovetail rail for optics, and an ergonomic textured grip. The LP8 has also been distributed under the RWS brand in North America.
