Also known as: Faxon PREMIERE, Faxon Premiere AR15, Faxon Premiere 5.56

Overview

The Faxon AR-15 Premiere is the top tier of Faxon Firearms' four-level AR-15 rifle lineup, sitting above the entry-level Sport and performance-focused Pro models. Chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, the Premiere is built as a complete, refined rifle intended to be 'done out of the box' with no post-purchase upgrades required, emphasizing premium fit, finish, and a fully balanced configuration. Premiere rifles center on Faxon's Match Series match-grade barrel and pair it with a superfinished bolt carrier group, an enhanced match trigger, a gas-blocking charging handle, an adjustable gas block, a free-floating M-LOK handguard, and ambidextrous controls. The tier is explicitly engineered with a suppressor-ready mindset, optimized to function as part of a complete suppressed system rather than treating suppression as an afterthought.

Notes

Premiere is Faxon's highest level of factory execution, marketed for 'final rifle' builds. The standard 5.56 NATO rifle configuration uses a mid-length gas system; barrel lengths and complete-rifle weight/length vary by configuration and several exact figures are not published on the line overview. The 16-inch barrel length listed is the typical Faxon mid-length 5.56 rifle configuration.

Background

Faxon built its reputation on precision AR-15 barrels and components before assembling complete rifles; the Premiere tier is the company's showcase build, packaging its best in-house parts into a turnkey suppressor-host AR for buyers who want a finished rifle rather than a project to upgrade.
