Overview

The Faxon FX-19 is a compact, Glock 19-pattern striker-fired pistol chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, introduced by Ohio-based Faxon Firearms in 2019 as the company's entry into the handgun market. Built on a Glock Gen 3-compatible architecture, the FX-19 accepts Glock magazines, holsters, and aftermarket parts while substituting Faxon's own match-grade components throughout. The centerpiece is the Faxon Match Series flame-fluted barrel, machined from 416-R stainless steel and finished in QPQ nitride, offered in both threaded (1/2x28) and non-threaded configurations. The slide is milled with a Trijicon RMR optic footprint under a removable cover plate and ships with Night Fision optics-ready Stealth Series tritium night sights co-witnessing at the lower 1/3. Faxon's polymer frame features aggressive texturing, a flared mag well, and an accessory rail. The FX-19 family is built around two flavors - the Patriot (non-threaded) and the Hellfire (threaded, suppressor-host) - with later Gen 2 frames, a Duty value model, a lightweight LT model, and an optics-cut FX-19X.
