Overview
The Faxon Sentry is a defense- and training-oriented AR-15 carbine in Faxon Firearms' Summit Line, shipping from the factory loaded with the upgrades enthusiasts typically add aftermarket. The 16-inch 5.56 rifle features a Faxon nitrided barrel, an enhanced forged receiver set, a superfinished M16 bolt carrier group, an ambidextrous charging handle and safety selector, a Hiperfire EDTDM single-stage trigger, and upgraded B5 Systems furniture (stock and grip). The Sentry family includes the standard 16-inch 5.56 rifle, a lighter Sentry-X, and a Sentry Ultralight chambered in 22 ARC, blending defensive readiness with Faxon's accuracy reputation.
