Overview
The Feinwerkbau 601 is a single-stroke pneumatic 10 metre match air rifle chambered in .177 (4.5mm) and built for ISSF competitive target shooting. An evolution of the renowned FWB 600 series, it is charged with a single stroke of the side cocking lever, delivering recoilless, highly repeatable shots. The 601 added a cocking-lever safety device that prevents the lever from springing back during the cocking stroke. With its precision laminated-wood match stock, adjustable cheekpiece and buttplate, diopter sights and a finely adjustable match trigger, it was a benchmark Olympic-discipline air rifle of its era.
