Overview
The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 is a 9mm AR-pattern pistol-caliber carbine that feeds from standard double-stack Glock-pattern magazines. Built on billet aluminum upper and lower receivers, it operates on a straight blowback system and is compatible with most standard AR-15 parts and accessories. Steel components including the barrel, bolt, ejector, last-round hold-open, feed ramp, and extractor are nitride coated for wear and corrosion resistance. It is offered in pistol and carbine configurations across multiple barrel lengths.
