Overview
The Hämmerli 204 is a Swiss .22 Long Rifle semi-automatic target pistol, part of the Hämmerli International 200 series built in Lenzburg under a Walther license from the pre-war Walther Olympia design. Produced between 1956 and 1963 as the US-market configuration of the series, the blowback-operated pistol carries a long fixed 7.5-inch barrel fitted with a muzzle brake and removable barrel weights, an adjustable micrometer rear sight and walnut target grips, and feeds from a 10-round detachable magazine. It was built for 25-metre precision and standard-pistol competition.
