Notes

Specs shown are for the X-Esse Long/Sport (150mm barrel). Empty weight is cited as 880g (targetzone, base SF Long) and ~1040g (heavier/weighted configurations). Muzzle velocity is reduced from rifle figures due to the short pistol barrel. Now produced and supported in Ulm, Germany under the Carl Walther/Umarex group following the 2006 brand takeover.

Background

Though it carries a Swiss heritage name from 'the gunsmith of world champions', whose target pistols swept the podium at the 1948 and 1952 Olympics, the modern X-Esse is actually built and supported out of Ulm, Germany under the Carl Walther/Umarex group after the 2006 brand takeover.
