Overview
The Escort MPA is a gas-operated semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun produced by Hatsan Arms of Turkey and marketed in the United States under the Escort Shotguns brand. Introduced in 2019 as a multi-purpose tactical and home-defense shotgun, it pairs an 18-inch fixed cylinder-bore barrel with a self-regulating Smart Valve Piston that cycles both 2.75-inch and 3-inch magnum shells without adjustment. It feeds from a 5+1 tubular magazine, carries a polymer pistol-grip stock with an integral shell holder, and ships with ghost-ring and fiber-optic adjustable sights plus a Picatinny accessory rail.
