Overview
The Hatsan Escort Xtreme (marketed as the Escort Xtreme Magnum) is a gas-operated 12-gauge semi-automatic hunting shotgun chambered for 3-inch / 76mm magnum shells, also offered in 20-gauge. Its Smart Valve Piston System self-regulates gas pressure to cycle loads ranging from light 24-gram target cartridges up to 57-gram magnum hunting loads. The gun features a 28-inch ventilated-rib steel barrel with a five-choke set, a green anodised aircraft-alloy receiver with an 11mm optics dovetail, a green HiViz fiber-optic front sight, and a black synthetic stock with adjustable spacer shims and rubber grip panels.
