Henry Long Ranger
Henry Repeating Arms · Rifle · In Production · 2016
Also known as: Long Ranger, Henry Long Ranger .308
Overview
The Henry Long Ranger is a lever-action rifle that breaks from tradition by using a detachable box magazine instead of a tubular magazine, enabling it to safely chamber pointed spitzer bullets in high-powered cartridges like .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor. The geared action provides smooth, precise lever cycling, while the free-floating barrel maximizes accuracy potential. This combination of lever-action speed with modern cartridge capability makes the Long Ranger unique in the lever-action market. Available with American walnut stock, adjustable sights, and a receiver drilled and tapped for optics mounting.

Notes
The Long Ranger solved the fundamental limitation of traditional lever-actions - the tubular magazine's incompatibility with pointed bullets in high-pressure cartridges. The detachable 4-round magazine allows safe use of .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .223 Rem with any bullet type. Weight: ~3062g (6.75 lbs). Barrel: 508mm (20"). The geared action is smoother than traditional lever linkages. Manufactured in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
Background
The Henry Long Ranger answered a question lever-action fans had been asking for decades: what if you could have the speed and romance of a lever-action with the ballistic performance of modern pointed bullets? By replacing the tubular magazine with a detachable box, Henry created the first lever-action that could safely chamber .308 Winchester - bridging the gap between lever-action tradition and modern ballistic science.
