Overview
The Hi-Point 1095TS is a budget-priced blowback-operated pistol-caliber carbine chambered in 10mm Auto. Introduced in 2018 as the most powerful member of Hi-Point's TS (Tactical Stock) carbine line, it pairs an inexpensive all-weather polymer skeletonized stock with a 17.5-inch threaded steel barrel, adjustable hooded front and peep rear sights, a Weaver-style optics rail, and integrated accessory rails. Like all Hi-Point carbines it uses a simple direct-blowback action and a single-stack 10-round magazine, while its shoulder stock incorporates a spring-loaded recoil reduction system to tame the stout 10mm cartridge.

Notes
Standard magazine capacity is 10 rounds (10+1 with one chambered). The barrel is threaded .578x28. The Zamak alloy receiver carries a steel shroud, and the stock houses a three-spring recoil reduction system. The 1095TS is the 10mm Auto member of Hi-Point's TS carbine family alongside the 9mm 995TS, .40 S&W 4095TS, and .45 ACP 4595TS. A Realtree Edge / Kryptek camouflage version is sold as the 1095TS Edge.
Background
When Hi-Point chambered its blowback carbine in 10mm Auto, it produced one of the cheapest centerfire long guns capable of firing the hard-hitting cartridge, turning a once-niche cartridge into an affordable option for handgun hunters and woods-carry shooters who valued power over polish.
