The Kalashnikov USA KALI 9 is the California-compliant version of the KR-9, an American-made 9x19mm semi-automatic rifle based on the Russian Vityaz platform. To meet California restrictions it uses a fixed Vityaz-style triangle stock, a compliant fin grip with a thumb rest, and a simulated (non-functional) suppressor on the threaded muzzle.
