Overview

The Kalashnikov USA KR-103 is a semi-automatic, American-made civilian version of the Russian AK-103 rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. Every part - including the rivets, receiver, bolt assembly, trigger group, trunnion, barrel, furniture, front sight assembly and gas system - is manufactured in the United States to Russian military specifications. It uses the proven long-stroke gas piston operating system with a forged bolt carrier and forged trunnion, a cold-hammer-forged chrome-lined barrel, and an AK-74-style muzzle brake. The KR-103 accepts standard AK 7.62x39mm magazines and drums and comes with a side-mounted optics rail.
