Also known as: Kimber 84M Hunter

Overview

The Kimber Hunter is a lightweight bolt-action hunting rifle built on Kimber's stainless steel Model 84M action. Introduced in 2016 as a more affordable entry into Kimber's lightweight rifle lineup, it pairs a controlled-round-feed action featuring a long Mauser-style claw extractor and fixed mechanical ejector with an injection-molded flat dark earth polymer stock. The 22-inch sporter-contour stainless barrel and adjustable trigger keep the unscoped weight to roughly 5.5 pounds, making it a popular choice for backcountry big-game hunters.
