Kimber K6s DASA 4-inch Target
Kimber Manufacturing · Revolver · In Production · 2020
Also known as: K6s DASA Target, K6s DASA 4" Target, Kimber K6s Target
Overview
The Kimber K6s DASA 4-inch Target is a six-shot revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, developed by Kimber Manufacturing as the precision-oriented member of the K6s family. Introduced at the 2020 SHOT Show, it pairs a four-inch stainless steel barrel with a full-length underlug and a target adjustable rear sight riding on a 155 mm sight radius, giving the shooter the ability to zero for any load from mild .38 Special practice rounds to full-house .357 Magnum hunting ammunition. Unlike the concealed-carry snub-nose K6s models, the Target variant uses a traditional double-action/single-action lockwork with an exposed hammer, allowing a long, safe double-action pull for defensive use and a crisp single-action release of roughly four pounds for deliberate, accurate fire. An extended three-finger wood grip with diamond checkering aids control and balance, making the revolver well suited to range shooting, backcountry carry and close-range hunting. Built entirely of stainless steel with a brushed finish, it is designed for durability and long service life.

Background
Founded in 1979, Kimber Manufacturing built its reputation on 1911 pistols before entering the revolver market in 2016 with the compact K6s. The 4-inch DASA Target extended that all-stainless six-shot design into a dedicated range and field revolver, aimed at shooters who wanted Kimber fit and finish with adjustable sights and a full-size sight radius.
