Also known as: Warrior SOC, Warrior Special Operations Capable
Overview
The Kimber Warrior SOC is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, built on the classic John Browning 1911 single-action, hammer-fired platform. Derived from Kimber's ICQB (Interim Close Quarter Battle) design produced to U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) requirements, the Warrior SOC pairs a full-size all-steel frame and slide with a match-grade five-inch barrel for accuracy and durability under hard use. It carries a distinctive two-tone KimPro II finish, an integral MIL-STD accessory rail, ambidextrous thumb safeties, Tactical Wedge tritium night sights, textured G10 grip panels, and a lanyard-ring mainspring housing. Many SOC models ship factory-fitted with a Crimson Trace Rail Master green laser, giving operators a rail-mounted aiming solution on a proven .45-caliber sidearm intended for close-quarter defensive and tactical use.

Notes
The Warrior SOC is Kimber's civilian-market interpretation of the MARSOC-specification ICQB pistol, though it is not identical to the issued ICQB. The TFS (Tactical Firearm Suppressor) variant adds a 5.5-inch threaded (.578x28 TPI) barrel and suppressor-height sights for use with a sound suppressor.
Background
Kimber's Warrior family traces to the ICQB pistol the company built to specifications set by the U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command in the mid-2000s, when MARSOC sought a modern, rugged 1911 in .45 ACP. The commercial Warrior and Warrior SOC brought that heritage to civilian and law-enforcement shooters.
