Overview
The Kolar Max Skeet is a premium American-made over/under competition shotgun built by Kolar Arms of Racine, Wisconsin, and purpose-designed for the sport of skeet. Chambered in 12 gauge with 2.75-inch chambers, it uses a break-action design with stacked over/under barrels (offered in 30- or 32-inch lengths) and a mechanical, all coil-spring-driven trigger group with a patented interlock that prevents doubling. It features an adjustable tapered ramp rib with an adjustable point of impact, extra-long forcing cones, a six-way adjustable comb, and an English walnut stock with a beavertail forend, and it can accept AAA sub-gauge tube sets in 20, 28, and .410 bore.

Notes
Offered in Standard and Lite models, with either a fixed tapered ramp rib or a fully adjustable tapered ramp rib. Widely campaigned on the American skeet circuit. The optional MAX AAA tube sets convert the 12-gauge gun to 20, 28, and .410 bore for four-gauge skeet competition.
Background
Kolar Arms grew out of the AAA sub-gauge tube business and made its name supplying the ultra-competitive American skeet circuit, where the Max Skeet's swap-in 20, 28, and .410 tube sets let a shooter run all four gauges on a single trigger and frame.
