Overview

The Korth NXR is a premium double-action/single-action .44 Magnum revolver built by the German firm Korth and imported to the United States by Nighthawk Custom. Machined from steel and finished in black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC), it features an integrated Picatinny rail for optics, a removable underslung barrel weight to tame recoil and muzzle rise, a slotted barrel sleeve, an eleven-degree target crown, adjustable sights, and Turkish walnut grips. Its cylinder lockup is inspired by the Colt Python, and the gun draws on classic PPC competition revolver design.

Background

Korth revolvers are among the most expensive production wheelguns in the world, hand-fitted in Germany. The NXR was introduced as a collaboration with American custom-gun maker Nighthawk Custom, pairing German engineering with a modern optics-ready .44 Magnum platform aimed at hunters and collectors.
