Overview
The Laurona Model 85 is a Spanish over-and-under double-barrel shotgun built by Armas Eibar (Laurona) in the gunmaking town of Eibar in the Basque Country. A boxlock break-action design, the Model 85 was offered in 12- and 20-gauge with 3-inch magnum chambers and stacked over-under barrels. The 'MS' variants combine multi-choke barrels with a selective single trigger, and the gun shipped in field (Super Game), trap (Super Trap), pigeon (Super Pigeon) and sporting configurations aimed at hunters and clay shooters wanting an affordable but well-finished Spanish double.
