Overview
The Lobaev Arms DVL-10 Saboteur is a Russian integrally suppressed bolt-action sniper rifle designed for close-to-medium range covert precision engagements. Built on the modular DVL-10 platform, the Saboteur variant features an integral suppressor designed to minimize sound signature to the lowest possible level when firing subsonic ammunition. The rifle is available in .308 Winchester, 6.5x47mm Lapua, and .338 Federal, with a proprietary '40 Lobaev' subsonic cartridge also developed specifically for this platform. With its 400mm barrel and integral suppressor, the Saboteur delivers effective precision fire out to approximately 600 meters, though its primary design intent is covert engagement at ranges under 400 meters.

The DVL-10 Saboteur is optimized for the lowest possible sound signature rather than maximum range. The proprietary 40 Lobaev cartridge fires a 419-grain projectile at subsonic velocities, delivering substantial terminal energy while remaining below the speed of sound to eliminate the supersonic crack. When using standard .308 Winchester supersonic ammunition, the suppressor still provides significant sound reduction but the supersonic bullet crack cannot be eliminated. The modular barrel system allows caliber changes, and the folding stock reduces transport dimensions. The rifle weighs approximately 9 lbs (4.1kg) unloaded with the full-length suppressor installed. Accuracy is claimed at sub-MOA with appropriate ammunition.
